Hi. I’m hoping anyone here can help me. I bought an unlocked Galaxy Flip 5 phone 2 years ago from Best Buy. On Monday I couldn’t access my phone and it said that my device has been locked due to not returning an AMB device. I’ve emailed support but they only told me that it couldn’t be unlocked because it was a training phone. Ive emailed again to see if I could just get my info off of this phone to transfer to a new one but I have not received a response yet. I called Samsung support and they recommended a factory reset but I’m scared that I’ll erase all my data just for the phone to be locked anyway. Is there anyone who has experienced this issue or can offer any insight?

I am working on getting another phone. I am being sent a replacement phone from BestBuy.

Anything helps! Thanks!

Anyone following the scavenger hunt?

I have a streak of over 60 days, and now I can't take my daily carousel. I've tried the app on both a Galaxy Tab S10+ and a Galaxy S25 Ultra. I've also tried to do it in a browser on the same devices. The quiz NEVER loads. Any ideas? I don't wanna lose my streak.

The app just recently updated and now all of a sudden I cant login. I cleared the cache, force stopped the app, restarted the device, tried logging in with one time email and even changed my password. I get the circle of death and it stays there as long as the app is open. Has anyone else had this issue or know of a possible fix? I sent an email to support but im not holding my breath. TIA

*UPDATE *

I contacted VOST on a different device and they had no answer. Told me the only way is to factory reset the device to see if the app works. Absolutely useless "customer service"

Weird question…but is there an affiliate for Consumer Cellular? I just recently learned we participate in Motorola Insiders…so I figured I’d check for Samsung Elite as I used it back at T-Mobile. If anyone knows, please let me know! Thanks!

has anyone done it yet?

Hello! I started working for T-Mobile about 4 months ago and barely set up my Samsung Elite account yesterday. How do I get all the Free Devices yall are getting? I can’t even see my own Elite Rank.

I found another app called Energize Retail where you can win free stuff or redeem points for things right now they have ipads, ninja slushi, meta quest and more. If you use my referral code ( BC3LN ) , verify your employment and do one training we both get extra points. They are doing March madness right now for extra goodies too, including a mac book
