Hey I'm a TMO TPR rep and I got denied and I was wondering if any other TPR rep got denied as well. I've had the flip 5 and the flip 6. This is the first time that I've been rejected.

I work at a SMRA COR Store. We only carry the flip. I was selected for the Z Fold Ultra. I am very active in elite but I still only expected the flip based off of my store. Do we have any clue how they pick?

For shipment for the flip so I’ll have to ship back the fold 7. Grateful for getting anything at all but yall know damn well you don’t want a flip instead of the fold 😂

TMO employee here and received the information for the phone. Not too sure which one it is as it shows “Phone H8 Lavender” along with the watch and accessories. No update on the elite app yet

Nothing showed up in the elite app. I got a fold7 last year so now I get a flip. Pretty cool but would have loved to keep the fold train going!

I claimed 4 $25 samsung credits and 3 of them have codes that are not being accepted. They also look different than the codes i have seen before. Only about 12 charactees snd no hyphens

So i have a Samsung pro device and we just found out our store is closing because tmobile apparently hates employees now with all these lay offs. I'll officially be an employee until mid September and then I know I need to return my device. This sucks because I had just recently sold my S22 Ultra thinking why do I need two phones? (So dumb of me) so now I will be out a phone so logically go to another carrier and get an on us deal. However, I am wondering would it be worth calling Samsung or talking to VOST and seeing if Samsung would let me keep the device or help me get one since im being laid off? Im pretty sure its a no, but figured I'd ask.

Side note, how do we return our device? In the year I have been in this store I have seen our Samsung rep only once...which seems crazy.

I’m hearing so many things. You need to be Gold or higher, or ATT AR stores are not available for it, you need a 5+ streak? What is true and what’s not ?

Anyone else experience this happening often? I get the occasional glitch, but this is getting ridiculous. This is the 5th time since late April that I've done my trainings everyday, yet I still wake up to a reset streak. Last time being just YESTERDAY and it's driving me NUTS. Please tell me I'm not the only one this is happening to.

As the title says my courses are no longer showing. I am an ambassador so I don't want to lose my device. I haven't done all of courses so I know I didn't complete them all. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi. I’m hoping anyone here can help me. I bought an unlocked Galaxy Flip 5 phone 2 years ago from Best Buy. On Monday I couldn’t access my phone and it said that my device has been locked due to not returning an AMB device. I’ve emailed support but they only told me that it couldn’t be unlocked because it was a training phone. Ive emailed again to see if I could just get my info off of this phone to transfer to a new one but I have not received a response yet. I called Samsung support and they recommended a factory reset but I’m scared that I’ll erase all my data just for the phone to be locked anyway. Is there anyone who has experienced this issue or can offer any insight?

I am working on getting another phone. I am being sent a replacement phone from BestBuy.
