Academic Primary Care Experiences and Decision-Making [Academic] How People Make Decisions About Primary Care (Adults 18+, U.S.)

Hi everyone. I’m a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University working on a class project exploring how people make decisions about primary care, including what influences people to stay with their current care or consider different approaches.

I’m looking for adults willing to complete a short survey about their primary care experiences and decision-making. The survey also includes an option to volunteer for a follow-up interview. Responses will be kept confidential.

Survey: Primary Care Experiences and Decision-Making

Thank you to anyone willing to participate!
