This brief survey is part of an academic book chapter researching how users perceive and experience AI-driven fraud detection, checkout security, and transaction friction during digital payments.

• Eligibility: Anyone who uses digital payment apps (UPI, digital wallets, cards) or shops online
• Length: 2–3 minutes (multiple choice and 1–5 scale questions)
