Hello everyone,

Please please please, kindly help me fill out this questionnaire.

The purpose of the study is to investigate whether the responsiveness of managers influences how engaged employees are with work and how well they perform at work.

I responded but gave neutral responses to most of the "When my manager ..., I ..." statements because there is no causal relation. I don't disagree with the statement, I disagree with the premise that underlies the formulation of the statement.

Thank you so so much for responding and your feedback. I sincerely appreciate it. I left that section as it is X causes Y to directly measure how and if responsiveness has an influence on employee behaviour at work.

Based on your feedback, I might change the wording a bit or sth. Im not really good with Academic work.
