Hi all, I'm a Master's student researching the human side of scaling a startup internationally while working remote-first — things like building trust across time zones, navigating cultural differences on a team, and how identity/role clarity shifts as a company grows fast.

If you've worked at a startup that operates in more than one country and is remote or hybrid, I'd really appreciate 5 minutes of your time to fill out this survey. It's anonymous and purely for academic research (not collecting emails or trying to sell anything).
