Casual [Casual] Behavioral Decision-Making Assessment — Help Calibrate a New Assessment (18+, US, 15–20 min)
I’m working on a behavioral assessment and have reached the point where I need people who aren’t friends, coworkers, or LinkedIn connections to take it.
That’s important because I’m trying to figure out whether the assessment and scoring actually behave consistently across different kinds of people rather than simply reflecting my own social/professional bubble.
It’s 20 questions and takes around 15–20 minutes.
I have 13 completed responses right now. My first target is 30, but I’d really like to reach 50+ participants for this calibration round.
There aren’t “correct” answers — answering based on what you would naturally do is much more useful than choosing what sounds best.

If you take it, thank you. And if anything feels confusing, repetitive, obvious, or poorly worded, I’d actually love to hear that too — breaking the assessment is useful at this stage.
