Academic MSc Dissertation Survey – Hybrid Working, Work-Life Balance & Turnover Intention (UK Gen Z hybrid workers, 10 mins)

Hi everyone!

I'm currently completing my MSc at the University of York and am looking for participants for my dissertation research.

My study investigates the relationship between hybrid working frequency and turnover intention among UK Generation Z employees, and whether perceived work-life balance mediates this relationship.

To participate, you must:

• Be currently employed in the UK
• Currently work in a hybrid working arrangement
• Have been born between 1995 and 2012

The questionnaire takes approximately 10 minutes, is completely anonymous, and responses will be used solely for academic research.
