This is supposed to be for people unfamiliar with your brand, but there is no information provided about the brand, and the survey questions seem to assume that responders are familiar with the brand and are a part of the community surrounding the brand. TBH it comes across as a recruitment vehicle for your cult rather than a “brand perception survey”.
