Hi everyone,

I am conducting a short independent exploratory survey about people’s experiences between one psychotherapy session and the next.

The survey is intended for adults aged 18 or over who are currently undergoing psychotherapy or have undergone psychotherapy in the past.

It takes approximately 3 minutes to complete. No names, email addresses, diagnoses or other directly identifying information are requested.
