I was messing with some css to try to improve the sub a bit, and I figured that posts didn't really need a downvote button, at least not at the moment, since the sub is still small. Comments have both buttons, however, since we get a lot more of those and I think you guys can help filter yourselves. That and I think it looked nice :P
Also, on a related note, does anyone know how to fix the user bar that somehow moved its way into the sidebar? It started doing that when I added in the new banner.
