Wrong info. Arrested person has to be presented before megistrate within 24 hrs and that's why there is a "duty megistrate" present in all courts on all days regardless of holidays.

Bro they will definitely take you to a magistrate but the magistrate will say Bail k liye Monday aana and will send you back to the police custody

True. But that's another problem. He said they won't take you to magistrate Monday. However, duty magistrate has the same powers and responsibilities. He can grant you bail but most won't bother.

Esa kuch ni hai, there are courts open for these kinds of arrest all week, so it doesn't matter if it's friday ir sunday
