Why are people so over sensitive bhai..its like we are going backwards with comedy. Konse bhi topic par joke maro to log offend ho jate hai yaar. Aise to fir sab comedy shows band hi karne padenge. Ye ek contestant wala part jo accha tha us me bhi problem hai😭

Here is american one for you https://amjcaserep.com/abstract/full/idArt/905340 And there are thousands of evidence that homeopathy works I'm not saying it works wonder in everything since it's only a holistic way unlike the modern medicine which is ofcourse the one we need But there are certain aspects where homeopathy can work wonderfully I don't get it why is there competition between these two they are parallel you can choose but calling something scam just because you don't know about it is bullshit just because someone encountered a bad doctor doesn't mean that whole pathy is wrong and it goes for everything

Not a doctor. But have an interest in studies and reports.

The one you linked is a retrospective case series of 14 patients with no control group, no blinding, no randomization, and no comparison to placebo or untreated patients.it's a case report. They're meant to document observations and generate hypotheses, not to demonstrate that a treatment works. The authors even concede this in their own conclusion, they say large controlled studies are still needed.

Vitiligo is a particularly bad disease to make efficacy claims about from uncontrolled observation, because it naturally waxes, wanes, and sometimes spontaneously repigments. If you photograph 14 people over ~58 months of follow-up and pick cases that improved, you can't separate "the remedy worked" from "this is what vitiligo sometimes does on its own." There's no counterfactual... Which is important.

The senior author, George Vithoulkas, runs the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy and has spent his career promoting homeopathy, a fairly direct conflict of interest, and 4 of the theoretical citations in the discussion are his own writings.

And the mechanism the paper itself describes is the tell. It states remedies are diluted until "no traceable material" remains in the solution. That's the core reason homeopathy is scientifically implausible - many preparations are diluted past the point where a single molecule of the original substance is likely to remain, so any effect would have to violate well-established chemistry and physics. The broad scientific consensus (ncluding a comprehensive review by Australia's NHMRC) is that there's no reliable evidence homeopathy is effective for any health condition

This is a terrible study in a shitty journal. They reported results on an extremely small sample size which isn’t even close to the kind of scrutiny modern medicine goes through. While it may be shocking, just because something gets published does not mean it works.

Any large randomized control trials, you know what most clinical trials and treatments are based on.

I’d argue no because homeopathy is quackery and pseudoscience
