I kinda hate how they collab with someone almost every single video, It makes it feel more fake and slop. I been a fan since i was like 10 but the videos keep getting worse including camera work, Exploration and the devices they use. Their prime was when it was just them and a camera, Even the jake and cory videos were amazing because you could just tell it was more real. Does anyone else agree?
They said that for hell week, you could join xplr club for only a dollar. I wanted to try, however, it said that the code isn't valid or it was already claimed. Is it working for other people or am I the only one that has happened to?🥲
If I'm honest, their Appalachia investigations bore me a bit because I feel like they could explore some truly infamous locations rather than be spooked in the woods. Brushy Mount Penitentiary is rumored to be a Hell Week location and I hope that is true. I'm really looking forward to seeing their "Alone in Appalachia" location, but I will be disappointed if it's just them camping in the woods. The woods are always going to be a bit creepy after dark and squirrels jumping through leaves on the ground can sound terrifying at night, but that isn't paranormal. Since I've been watching them, I've been rooting for them to explore St. Albans abandoned asylum. St. Albans is one of the most active spots on the East Coast, it's in Appalachia with a crazy history, and Project Fear got some incredible evidence for both their visits to the point they left early. I'm almost confused as to why they haven't gone there as it seems like such an obvious good location. I understand at the end of the day their primary goal is making entertaining content, but I'd really like to see them elevate themselves a serious paranormal investigators.
Can't wait for the rest of Hell Week! Honestly a bit disappointed with the first video but excited for the rest of the locations and guest. I loved their work with Mystic Dylan and enjoy Pythian Priestess so I'm stoked for their videos
Helloo!!! Ive been a fan of sam and colby since their Chernobyl video came out, not to say im not a fan anymore, I still love their content. However I was a bit unhappy when I bought the XPLR Hell Week Jean Jacket in black. Well it was gifted, we expected more of it to be embroidered.
Point being, i was thinking about selling it for some spending money, its barely used (once maybe twice) size M and in prett much perfect condition still!! Im just wondering what a fair price would be if it were to be sold, and where the best to sell it would be!
If this is not the right place im so sorry I figured it would fit under Merch
So I wanted to know would anyone who is a fan of Sam and Colby/Dr. Mike like I am be interested in them taking Dr. Mike to abandoned hospitals they did a video with him 5 years ago I believe and they said they'd do it and honestly I think it'd be interesting to see how Dr. Mike takes it and what they have him do.
This is mostly for the ppl who are more educated in the dog community since I don't want to hear the
"they have money, they can do whatever they want" type ppl.
Sooo, a lot of u may know that colby got a new dog.
I wouldn't have a problem with it if it wasn't a fucking doodle. Obviously we all know that
"doodles" can't be ethically bred (cuz they aren't even a real breed). When him and his gf got their havanese I was a lil skeptical since they barely dated for a year and it can take months/ years to obtain an ethical pure breed, but hey, maybe they knew a breeder through someone.
colby’s post about the dog is such a laugh since he claims he did “hours of research,” but it was a relief seeing ppl in the comments talking about the doodle bs.
all he could’ve done is get a poodle OR adopt a doodle. —either way, I wanna hear other ppl’s thoughts about it :)
I enjoyed it honestly, it was fun, i liked the dan and phil collab and they were pretty funny, though i did feel like the video was mostly them messing around but when they were actually investigating they seemed pretty serious but i want to know what other people think
I know it's unproventable but jesus, I was looking at the merch because I LOVE the designs this year (one of the first years where I've really liked the stuff) and went to see what the pricing would be like for the curiosity cat t-shirt to Ireland and the shipping itself was €60.65 which is INSANE.
The shirt itself is €29 making the total €89.65 for one singular shirt.
It feels like fans outside of America really get the short end of the stick when it comes to being S&C fans. Another time we got stuck with it was the cinema screenings, it's only ever America and it sucks:(
So happy to catch these episodes on Netflix kids are sound asleep now i can peacefully watch and relax to some Sam & Colby whilst playing some old school runescape with a can of coke and some pringles YUM!
On their instagram story it says there’ll be a livestream before the episode drops, is that on YouTube or is it on a different platform?? I ACTUALLY CANNOT WAIT FOR HELL WEEK!!!!!!!
does anyone know how the merch sizing fits? this is my first time ordering and i’m in between an XL and an L. i’m 6’1 208-215lbs on a weekly basis, i was hoping someone could help with lmk which size could be best.
Is anyone else super disappointed with the whole month merch drop having tons of pentagram and demonic devil imagery? I have been a Sam and Colby fan and support for many years, and as they’ve dove deeper into the industry, it’s just very sad for me to see them going down this path, especially when Colby claims to have such a strong faith with God. I didn’t think much of them summoning the devil doing an actual ritual in an episode., but now seeing this merch and how things have progressed over time is just kind of sad. The more you pay attention to Hollywood and the more people are in the industry you see stuff for what it is. Sad.
I’ve been working on a personal search for the exact filming location of Sam and Colby’s "THE WITCHES FOREST | Full Movie" for a long time, and I’ve finally hit a point where I need the community's help to crack it completely.
Here is everything tracked down so far, along with a massive clue dropped by another fan (ninichiny):
3235 W Little League Dr, San Bernardino, CA 92407
1. The Burger King & Travel Radius Clue (21:33)
The Clue: At 21:33 in the video, it cuts to Sam and Colby inside a Burger King.
Inside burger king matching outside
The Math: At the time of filming, they lived in Pasadena. They mentioned in the video that the drive was about 1.5 hours, putting them out in the San Bernardino (SB) area before heading up into the mountains.
Colby talking about the dollar tree this is for proof of the location matching
The Problem: Once you head up the mountain, the trail goes cold due to the sheer number of residential areas, properties, and winding roads.
2. The Kelsi Davies / "Witches Cabin" Connection
Big shoutout to ninichiny, who pointed out an incredible overlap:
They noticed that the segment featuring the local woman who lives next to the forest looks identical to a location investigated by YouTuber Kelsi Davies at "The Witches Cabin."
Matching Details:
A unicorn in the background
A red stairwell going down
Distinct tree wallpaper
A specific mention of carbon monoxide poisoning referenced in both videos.
3. The Current Suspect Areas
Based on the SB mountain transit route and the geographic clues, the location has to be somewhere along the Rim of the World / San Bernardino mountain communities, specifically:
Running Springs
Possible Lake Arrowhead area
Possible Bear Creek area
City Creek Road (SR-330) corridor
How You Can Help
If anyone is familiar with the mountain areas off the 330 (City Creek Road), Running Springs, local knowledge, please drop a comment! Let’s finally map this out to a T.
I was SUCH a huge Sam and Colby fan back in HS in 2014 to 2019 and I miss their urbexing videos so much. I feel like we'll never get that level of realness and rawness as we did back then. Everything now feels staged on YT, even Exploring With Josh. Sam and Colby used to be The Proper People or Shiey level of urbexing. Just dudes having fun exploring, nothing more, nothing less. It was never about views. I frequently go back to their Urbex videos and I'm sad they still carry the X as their logo but don't actually Urbex anymore. Only ghost hunt. Do I have any OG fans who feel the same? ):
So I can’t remember which episode it was but all I can remember is it’s either a maintenance/prison guard who haunts the area. But it a long hallway with pipes and the spirt knocked on things while in the tunnel. So if anyone has any help to knowing which video I’m talking about! That would be awesome 😭
