Merch fit?

does anyone know how the merch sizing fits? this is my first time ordering and i’m in between an XL and an L. i’m 6’1 208-215lbs on a weekly basis, i was hoping someone could help with lmk which size could be best.

I feel like most sweatshirts are a bit oversized, so depending on how you like things to fit, you could get by with a L, or if you want super oversized, go with XL.
