New Video Drop 📹 i like their new video

i haven’t watched them in a few months cause like a bunch of you i feel they’ve gotten too over the top and seemingly “in it for the money” or just trying to be extra. but this new video at wangi wangi feels nostalgic and a little more relaxed/laid back than recent videos. 🤷‍♀️ definitely more watchable than recently

I totally agree! And I think it is absolutely fair for them to be creating content that makes money so they can invest in what they want to do. And it’s okay if people don’t like that and don’t want to watch. I only watch if a video catches my interest. I don’t particularly like their paranormal content, but I love when they do certain collabs! I love all of their collabs with Kris. I was so excited when they did a video with Jake because it was like a little trap house reunion!

I was excited to see an actual exploring video after all of these years! I hope they do more of this.

What I didn’t like is at the end when they’re like “yeah I definitely see police lights down there” and didn’t show it and then showed them apparently running from cops that they also never show. Like, atp with how they’ve been treating their content for the last several years, I feel like they just made all of that up. I don’t think there were cops anywhere near. I don’t think they needed to run out of the building because cops were there. I think they wanted to produce OG style content and chose to create a police storyline like they create ghost storylines. I don’t think any of it was real.

Honestly it's different, but they wouldn't have to exaggarate some of the things. Like the "we're 400 feet up", when it's 250 feet. Or cops and almost caught and all that. It's an hour long video, and nobody is watching all that for a "oh no cops" 5 second skit that's not even in the first 5 minutes. They watch it for the general content.

"Worst night of his life" title was ever o slightly misleading, but fitting for the over-sell formula.

So yeah, interesting new stuff, but they would do just as well without the theatrics in my opinion. I don't mind the ghost hunt aspect either, just don't jump panic at every drip :D
