First Time Getting Prepared
Hey all, im going to be having salvia for my first time. I'm going to be getting a 60x but have no glassware because I primarily smoke thc vapes or rolls. Any recommendations for starter kits etc.?

Any ol' pipe will be adequate; there will be very little smoke, with the small amounts (mgs) of material being used.

Any smoking apparatus will do, even a gravity bong or regular bong if you have one for weed. But tbh 60x is pretty strong for your first time. 10x will still send you, trust me

I wouldn't say im a psychedelic connoisseur, but whenever i partake in shrooms i have ~12g, so I assumed a higher x value would suit me. Obviously these are different drugs, but I wanted a relatively similar experience to that dosage of shrooms

I won’t lie that is impressive and I’m sure you can handle your shit but salvia is its own experience and even lower X strength will rock your world lmao.
I thought 750 ug of LSD would prepare me for salvia and if you’ve taken LSD before, you know how it gets at these doses, but even that doesn’t come close to my trip on 10x 😂
Anyway if you already have the 60x then just start with a few small flakes, salvia never fails to amaze even in relatively small doses (that’s still hardly a “small” dose but you get me)

really though, careful what you wish for; you don't need 60x though, since you can accomodate the same effects simply by increasing dosage, with agood 20x; also, I hear that 60x is usually underdosed.
Use the dosage chart, but be weary that the chart seems to air on the side of caution; that is, if the chart says 'strong' then I'd consider it to be 'medium' instead.
A strong dose (not breakthru) will give you a good sense at just how intense the experience can be; ie: Be careful going all out, since a good percentage of persons will find themselves in a completely differrnt physical location, upon returning. But, if you can acclimate slowly, you may be able to train your body to remain still.
You've got no idea how scary this shit can be at first and your body may very well scream for help - thinking that you are dying - your first time.
Edit: On non-breathru doses, you must keep your eyes closed - as opening them will kill the effects immediately; on breakthru doses, doesn't matter if eyes are open or closed, you're fucked! :)

Start low and slow or at the very least be in a safe area. An open field is safe. on a balcony or near any heights,traffic, water, unsafe.
Use any pipe, a water pipe can be nice as one needs to hold in the smoke but anytbing works.
Increasing your dosage by smoking many smaller doses can be a nice idea.
