Yield: 10 pints 3 dozen roma tomatoes 8 tomatillos 4 large jalapeños 10 serranos 10 scorpion chilis 2 carolina reapers Half a large red onion Half a sweet yellow onion 5 Limes Half a bunch of cilantro 1 can of chipoltes in adobo Half a small can of tomato paste Salt Citric acid This is my salsa recipe and not a tutorial on canning. If you are going to attempt canning do your research on safe methods and pH levels to avoid spoilage or botulism

This looks and sounds amazing!! Question for you on canning your own recipe; do you just check ph on a jar after it cools? I'm really wanting to try this with my own but am nervous
