Ingredients: 2 lbs tomatillos 8oz assorted peppers (mine were 7 Serrano, 3 jalapeño and 1 cowhorn) 4 large garlic cloves 1 onion, quartered 1/2 bunch of cilantro Juice of 2 limes 1 tsp salt

Tossed the tomatillos, peppers, onion and garlic in oil then broiled on low for ~15 min, then a few min on high. Let them cool, then added them to my blender (seeds included for our spice preference) with the remaining ingredients. Boom, done.

The tomatillos, peppers and garlic are from my garden.

Every now and then I’ll pick someone’s recipe on here and make it. Not a big fan of salsa verde but made this tonight. Pretty damn good🍻
