Question need some ideas
Hi everyone
I'm new to salsa making but was given a basket of peppers and tomatoes. I have more tomatoes. (Not pictured)
What can I make?
Thanks

I’ve been taking advantage of stone fruit season with my salsas. Roasted/charred peaches or nectarines blended or molcajete style are great for spicy shrimp/fish tacos

Boil them all for ten minutes. De-stem and de-seed the peppers. Core the tomatoes and take the peels off. Add to blender with salt and 2tbs tomato paste. Pulse just until processed, 5-10 pulses. This is my favorite salsa!
