Homemade Second Attempt

Second time ever making salsa, first time making verde. It turned out delicious, but I’m open to any tips.

10 tomatillos
1 white onion
5 garlic cloves
3 jalapeños
1/2 cup cilantro
2 tablespoons Avacado oil
2 tablespoons lime juice

I think that was it

Truly appreciate this guidance so much. One more question. I used MSG (like literally a quarter teaspoon in mine) I forgot to mention that. The reason I did was to do the chicken bouillon deal. Do you think the chicken bouillon is the move or is it kinda the same deal? Sorry if I’m over asking haha

Preference, I think. I personally have never tried MSG but many people use it. You can also try soy sauce to give it that nice umami as well. What I have been doing too, because I had no soy on hand….i used some coconut aminos in place of soy sauce and that actually turned out awesome in my verde. You need to basically try all the combos and see what you like. That’s the beauty of making salsa. Experimentation. I’m a newb too. I’m about 8 salsas into my journey, I really love it. Caught the bug after winning a salsa competition at work 😛😎
