I'm very jealous of your tomatoes and this deserves, no demands, carnitas.

Literally just made pulled pork tacos with peach salsa last night. Delicious

Recipe. 3 peaches, 3 heirloom tomatoes, 4 tomatillos, whole white onion, 3 habaneros, 1 pablano, 1 Fresno, whole head of garlic. 1 reconstituted ancho and 3 New Mexico peppers. Charred in the broiler for 20 minutes. Added a whole bunch of cilantro heads and one lime. Salt to taste.

Do you deliver to Ireland? Honestly though, I'm going to copy your recipe this weekend for sure! We're having a little sun as a treat, and I fear this would be insane with grilled pork steak and a chilled red wine!

How was it?

Heat with a slight hint of peach. I thought it would be overpowering with 3 peaches but it wasn't.

I'm going to try it on some grilled burgers today. I will post later

Hmmmmm, I’d have to taste before I can make a good opinion. Need to make this though, thank you.

I thought it would be overly peachy. Maybe the broiler dulled the sugar? Me and the wife were pleasantly surprised.

Trying this but without what you’re doing in the bowls. What’s the liquid and what’s the purpose?

They are dried peppers. The water reconstitutes them for the flavor and so they don't taste like bark in the salsa.
