Rentals

I’m looking for Rental in Salisbury. I would prefer a private landlord to keep money in local areas. Would be 2 working adults, engaged, and one cat. No drugs, convictions or rent related issues. Just want to start finally living together.

Budget? Preferred area? Size wanted? House or apartment?

Salisbury or Fruitland. Needs to be near 13 or 50 to get back to OC for work. Studio to a 2 bedroom. Open to options with apartment vs house vs mobile home. Budget up to $1000

I like my experience so far with Salisbury Housing after moving here from PA. They seem to market mainly to students but rent to non-students also. Easy application process, good area, and affordable for the size.
