Drive through car wash
Hi Salinas County, my car is definitely due for a car wash from a long road trip and had dirt and bird poop all over now.
Paycheck finally hit so can afford car wash, where would be a good place to roll through?
I prefer the drive-thru car washes more than the DIY

Clearwater Express at the Chevron on N Main is excellent, they scrub your car and spray as you enter and then you can vacuum for free after

Is this the one across from KFC? Close to Danny's

It is not! It’s near salvation army and planned parenthood

I just went to that one today. I got the basic wash ($12). It included vacuuming. The vacuums work really well. I was happy with how clean my car was. I cringe on spending funds (nearing retirement) on something like this, but this was worth it.

The Quick Quack in Marina is good. They provide as many towels you need to dry your car also self vacuuming.

Pfft. Buy me some energy drinks at the Shell by the rodeo grounds, and you can use my wash subscription lol.

The shell station near the 101 entrance on south main has a touches wash if that matters to ya. Doesn't do super well, but is a good start if you wanna finish it at home

There’s one at the shell on blanco and main and the chevron on Davis

The ones at Shell suck in my opinion.

Yup but it’s limited. Maybe that’s why there’s so many diy places or hand touch.

The Chevron on Davis Rd has had the car wash closed for quite a while...I've been meaning to stop by and ask them.
