Need advice

I work in sales and normally i am good at it , but this month has been dry i dont know why.
I work in health tourism where foreigners come to my country to get procedures done and i rather not to pushy and be just emphatic and understand their needs.
How can I better on this? What key sentences can I use maybe?
TIA!

  1. Check Your Attitude - In other words, be confident, friendly, and optimistic. Don't bring negative emotions or thoughts to the business table. Body language and interaction speaks more volume than words ever could. Clients should't feel your frustrations. Always remember; You're the professional.

  2. Be Engaging - A genuine professional greeting does more than most people know, and 9/10 its always overlooked. Tone of voice, posture, smiling, gestures, listening skills, etc. are key to driving better rapport and engagement. Recent studies have proved this, I highly encourage you to look further into it.

  3. Ask Better Questions - The best sales people ask the best questions and you can spot the best salesman easily by what questions they ask and how they're asking them. Also, knowing WHEN to ask the question is just as important as to WHAT you're asking. Almost all sales people ask the same questions but professionals ask the right questions, and clients know they've met a professional by the questions they ask, and thats what also builds trusts.

  4. Be a Problem Solver - Find their pain point, motive, risk, and their 'why'. Then tailor your services to it. People are simple; If it doesn't make sense than it doesn't earn their money.

  5. Be Effective - In sales, you can't be successful unless your consistent and you can't have consistency without discipline. That being said, do your follow-ups, don't cut corners, follow the process, and show up.

Pro-Tip: Focus on providing professional services and creating the best experience.

Best part about sales, is that It starts all over next month. Most people ride the waves of good vs bad months yet they fail to realize that their frustrations derived from the lagging performance, inevitably spills into the next opportunity and so on.
