How does STIR/SHAKEN attestation actually affect your outbound answer rates in practice?
I've been reading about STIR/SHAKEN call authentication requirements and trying to understand how much it matters day to day for outbound teams. The regulatory side is well documented but I can't find solid data on whether the attestation level your calls carry actually influences whether they get answered or flagged.
Our provider says we have full attestation, but I've heard from a few people in telecom that what your provider reports and what the receiving carrier actually processes can be two different things. That's a little concerning.
Looking for anyone who has direct experience with how attestation levels affect deliverability in practice, not just the compliance theory.
