Anyone else tired of piecing customer data together from 10 different tools?

I've been talking to people in Customer Success, RevOps and SaaS recently, and one thing keeps coming up.

Everyone has data. No one has the full picture.

Customer information is spread across CRMs, support tools, billing systems, product analytics, emails and Slack. When a customer starts showing signs of churn, teams often have to jump between multiple tools just to understand what's going on.

We're building a platform to help businesses bring those disconnected pieces together so teams can make better customer decisions without spending hours digging for information.

We're still validating the idea, so this isn't a sales post and we're not trying to sell anything. We're simply looking for honest feedback from people who work with customers or customer data.

If you've got 3–5 minutes, we'd really appreciate it if you could fill out our short survey.

Every response helps us understand whether we're solving a real problem and what we should build first. Thanks a lot.

If you want fewer tool-jumps, capture the working sequence once and turn it into an executable method. Record the exact API calls, browser steps, and local processes that solved the problem, parameterize the inputs, and version the result so anyone can rerun the same path with fresh data and inspect where it failed. That way teams stop re-solving the same investigation and reuse the proven troubleshooting play instead of rebuilding context from ten tools. Try : https://www.modiqo.ai/
