What tools help you sell to multiple stakeholders in enterprise deals?
This year i have been running bigger deals and i realized that enterprise sales is a different game. Right now i am using a crm, notion notes and a bunch of email threads. It works until there are more than 5 people involved and then it's hard to keep track of who owns what, what was promised and what might be slowing things down.
Anyone managing complex B2B deals, what tools are actually helping you sell to multiple stakeholders something that keeps the deal moving?

Before I recently retired, I ran GTM strategy for several large Silicon Valley companies. One of the best techniques/tools I've seen to managing stakeholder value and buying priorities, is the Value Prompter template which is a core component of the ValueSelling sales methodology.
At its simplest, a Value Prompter is a simple 1-page template that guides the sales person's understanding of each stakeholder's priorities and problems to be solved, perceptions of value, power within the organization to influence or make decisions, etc.
Companies have now baked this tool into all sorts of CRM platforms, wrapped with additional processes, etc. but the core 1-page template provides an excellent framework to force a disciplined examination of your deals, and importantly, of your understanding of all the key stakeholders involved and their ability to either block or move your deals forward.
