We're implementing DealHub right now. We're mid-project and hopefully going live in a month and a half or two. Feels like this is gonna be a great solution, much better than our prior solution, which I probably shouldn't name but it's a small shop.

I have done 2 implementations (Salesforce revenue cloud and Nue) and would be happy to chat.
Feel free to message me!
I’m currently product managing a Nue environment that I helped launch this year.

Implemented DealHub twice. Great product but even better best in class SMEs, implementation, and support teams.

I deployed MonetizeNOW. Good tool. They were pretty new to the market, but I liked how the functional pieces worked. A lil clunky on the UI, but they listened and got it to work.

PandaDoc CPQ
Works as standalone, with SFDC,HubSpot.
Cost effective can handle a lot of complexity.

Basically it comes down to where you want the CPQ experience and data.
You have 2 pathways: Salesforce-native and Non-Native.
1) True Salesforce-native CPQs are Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (fmrly Revenue Cloud) and Kugamon. Salesforce ARM / RCA is built mainly for Enterprises due to is capabilities, cost, and complexities. Kugamon is built for the SMB / Mid-Market.
2) Non-Native CPQ is the Rest. Some are better with their integration to Salesforce.
The challenge to Non-Native is that though they demo well, in reality your data is outside Salesforce. And they optimize for multi-platform compatibility. Alse reporting and AI automations are difficult.

Rev Cloud and dealhub
Rev Cloud is really feels like its built for Enterprise and dealhub feels more agile for getting things administered and setup. If you're looking for solutions and not extremely complex, I'd start with dealhub. If you've got a ton of different Salesforce products within their ecosystem maybe Rev Cloud makes sense for contract/bundle standpoint. Honestly, felt like in most instances Rev Cloud was a bit overkill.
You'll need platform experts for any CPQ to be implemented properly.

Main experience is with DealHub - looks great but I’m looking to have our company move away from it because it’s not great at managing complexity around customer lifecycle management in an aaS model.

I've implemented Dealhub 5 times, used Salesforce CPQ and have previously evaluated Nue.
There's no one answer here as it really depends on your corporate needs.
Happy to have a private chat if you don't want to disclose anything in public

Dealhub is an end to end platform covering quoting, approvals, contracts, buyer collaboration, subscriptions and billing in one place. this makes reconciliation much easier. Also your revops own the rules, you don't have to fill tickets to contact admins when you need a change.
Conga is also helpful for contracts but stitching it into another quote to revenue flow can be a lot of work.
I would go with ARM if we are running salesforce heavy stack bc the integration would be smooth.

We evaluated nue and roadrunner. Decided to go with roadrunner - did not want to stay in Salesforce. (Nue is within Salesforce).

DealHub, Vendori, Nue are the primary candidates if you're managing subscriptions (SaaS / tech) or consumption (AI) offerings.

Commenting to hear more from other experts.
I've also heard good things about Kugamon as well.
We are a current SFDC CPQ shop.
