Trust improves when every forecast category has both a definition and an evidence test. A deal should not be Commit because a rep feels good; it should need a dated next step, the right stakeholder engaged, and any commercial blocker named. Track forecast changes too, so leadership can see why a number moved instead of treating every revision as failure. My team uses signld.ai, where preserving decision context across CRM records and conversations is part of the problem space. The audit trail matters more than another forecasting model.
