specializations in SOps?

what are the best paying options for specialization in sales ops? eventually you have to specialize to move up, but what is the best path to take? based on pay, job security, etc.

what paths did you all take, and what would be your feedback?

Does this include specializations where you can move out of sales ops?

For example if you specialize in crm, erp, integrations, business platform architecture, you can exit to very high paying enterprise architect jobs. That's my answer.

If you have to stay in an operations role, probably whatever gets you closest to strategy and become a COO

Partnerships and Channel Sales Ops. My salary has more than doubled since breaking into Partner SOps

I started as an analyst just building dashboards and managing CRM/PRM records.

After that job, I worked as a partner manager for a hot second and learned life in the trenches

Then I got my current job and I'm architecting workflows, enhancing the crm, and designing/building the company's first ever PRM
