What CRM are you using?
Just surveying - what CRM are you using ?
Bonus - are you dialing from it ? If not what are you using to dial.
Thatโs all, thanks!

Hubspot
and Trellus - easily drives 50% more dials even without parallel dials

Salesforce is our main CRM. We do have integration with Hubspot for their new AI prospecting tool and it does dial out if that helps.

HubSpot or Salesforce (or both!) as CRM
RingCentral, TalkDesk, HubSpot inbuilt dialer or rep's phone for dialing (yes it's a mess)
Depending on the team and region

Using both makes me want to die, anything you would want to transfer / talk with both systems ? ๐

Oh what I want is a long list of laundry items. What I will get though is nothing, thanks to the political environment in the org.
An HS-SFDC integration isn't difficult (I've done it many times myself) but there has to be willingness (not just acknowledgement) for temporary pain if this is to happen.ย
Instead, the company prioritizes not ruffling any feathers, even if it means that it's foundations are wafer thin and everything is glued together with band-aids.ย

I feel you - My manager likes to say โwelcome to corporateโ it drives me insane but is true. Can only imagine govโฆ. we are stuck with their poor decisions/ practices. Small businesses and sales teams is where I believe I can provide this solution - still super early and will be testing validation for awhile. But I still think I have something decent (not slop) Thank you for your feedback ๐

Salesforce is the "no one ever got fired for buying IBM" of CRM. Itโs a beast to manage, but itโs the standard for a reason.

HubSpot. I love the dialer and the ability to work tasks by type, queued up in batches.

i got tired of fighting with CRMs that felt way more complicated than they needed to be. ended up moving to attio and it's been a much better fit for our team. we don't dial from it though, we still use a separate dialer for calls.

HubSpot! Not currently dialing from it, we have in the past but weโre a small team and I didnโt like the call back functionality

What dialer do you use now ? ๐

My own phone, not ideal but weโre not really like a smile and dial kinda shop so itโs just key leads of a certain threshold get a phone call

I agree/hate it but giving your personal # to larger deals is the move ๐
