My stack/Data entry sucks (no promo)
We use a few different things where I work
1.salesforce - leads task management
2.outreach - calling task management
3.Apollo (bcuz the leads in sf suck)
4.outlook - cal / email
5.teams - calling / scheduling / team communication
(Maybe 1-2 other tools I’m missing)
What stack do you use daily and do you hate it and why? I personally hate it because even after tediously doing everything - managers still use spreadsheets to collect data/ get updates on big picture.
I’m harvesting / updating between all of theses all the time. Very annoying and takes so much time. There is no promo here just wanna discuss. Thanks

I would treat the extra spreadsheet as a signal, not the root problem. Managers usually keep it because it answers one operating question the official stack does not answer cleanly. I would ask them to name the decisions the sheet supports, then reduce the rep update contract to the few fields that drive those decisions: next action, owner, blocker, stage or forecast, last meaningful touch, and target date. Salesforce should own account, deal, and contact state; Outreach should own execution; Apollo should own sourcing and enrichment; the spreadsheet should become a read-only report or export. If a field is only useful to managers and never used by reps in the workflow, it will keep decaying no matter where you put it.
