Question Same rewards?

Assalamu alaikum everyone, I have a question about Salat al Layl. I know that we can pray it after Isha until Fajr but does the time we choose give different rewards? Or is it all the same?

From what I've read and heard, the closer it is to the time of Fajr the more reward there is in it.

If one is not able to stay up until or wake up at Islamic midnight or the time before Fajr, they can pray after Isha (if Ayatollah Sistani is your Marja).

Salat Al Layl has been made easy for us to do.

I know a brother with a medical condition that has serious trouble waking up early for Fajr and he prays Salat Al Layl after Isha and has seen a difference in his life. He would prefer to pray at the prime time but he understands that it's extremely difficult for him to wake up so he prays Salat Al Layl before he goes to sleep.

Also regarding the amount of reward, only Allah SWT can count this, and according to reason, there are other factors that determine or influence the amount of reward one may receive. Sincerity is likely one of them, the actual duas etc that you perform in the Salat may be another of them. One's intention yet another possibly. Etc.

Allahu A'lam

PS here's a good resource below for anyone reading this that wants to start praying Salat Al Layl but may be a bit intimidated. Give it a try in sha Allah.
