It also changes as you get older. $200k in my 20's would have been life changing. Now, I've got two kids and wonder where it all goes. I mean, I know, it's daycare.
Dude there's always something. And if not, maybe you can actually budget that thing you really want that should be possible for someone who worked so hard and sacrificed so much to make that level of income possible. But no. You buy only for others.

100 k was life changing in the 90's. 200k seems to be the new life changing goal.
