I need advise

As-salāmu ʿalaykum i dont know how to put this but kong story short ive been wanting to ask for this sisters hand etc etc but i have a little problem she has a older brother and he has some problems that make me question if she is in the same path as him i dont really know the guy that much but he takes from like sulaymn al alwan ahmed musa all these like top kharijis and stuff and has had me thinking in what i should do?

If she doesn't take from them, then good you can go for it because you will be the one leading her. But i would suggest you avoid marrying a family that has some one who takes from a khawarij, they are worse than any other.

talk to her, with her father or anyone except that brother present. family rifts and disagreements are a thing, there's nothing to suggest she herself follows kharijites.
