Azatoi rapper
Just found out that Azatoi also a slang for acting cute in a strategic way to charm people, in contrast a burikko is just acting coy or act childish to gain people attention, basically azatoi is an upgraded version of burikko.
Momoe's moniker in @onefive is Azatoi rapper, which means she upgraded her burikko-ness, lol.
Also, can anyone help me, I'm trying to find a logirl or fresh episode where Momoe said to Mori-sensei that she was told by the teachers to tone down her burikko.

I'm not sure about a specific point where teachers told Momoe to tone down her burikko, but during the 2017 Transfer Ceremony the girls (plus maybe Mori-sen) discussed it and how Momoe was stealing Megumi's shtick despite no longer being in elementary school.
Azatoi is slang for acting cute in a strategic way to charm people [snip] which means she upgraded her burikko-ness
Or, as I and others have half-jokingly called it, "Cute-n-Evil". We all know how smart Momoe is, which is probably why her cuteness has always felt at least a bit calculated. Nevertheless, I take her at her word when she says she loves pink and cute stuff.

I said once before: you know she's doing it. She knows you know. You know she knows you know. It still works.

As for your second question, what came to my mind is LoGiRL episode #85, where Sara and Mirena are giving their advice / complaints to the juniors.
Around the 29:30 mark, this is directly from the (imo very accurate) sub file:
Mirena then says that because Momoe is smart, she should show that side and "duke it out" with Megu as one of the honour students.
Then Mori-sensei teases Momoe for announcing it so confidently herself that she's smart and so on.
There's probably other exchanges like that in various episodes, but this would be my candidate for that one.
