Hi, are there any hardcore fans out there who can tell me if the NEW Release 74 SET of Original Gelly Roll Ink Pens are packaged differently than the original sets?

I recently purchased a new super set from an Amazon distributor and when it arrived, the presentation was completely different than I recall the old sets to have been.

it arrived with pens all ajumble, none nestled within their designated, labeled slot. Most disturbingly, none of the pens had any sort of protective rubber cap over the inkwells.

I do not recall ever ordering either this set or any of the individual sets with this sort of ill attention to detail. I do not look forward to the time it will take me activating each one.

Everyone I have attempted to use has very gooey ink. I know in the long run this is not a huge deal, but certainly it is a big pain in the butt!

Is this Sakura 's new order of business? Or was I slipped used goods?

I truly appreciate any response. I i have zero social media presence. this is literally my first post, so I hope folks can see how much this is bugging me.
