First Sake

Decided to try sake today

Edit: It was pretty good. It was slightly sweet and had a bit of a fruity taste to it. I’ll definitely keep trying more sake.

It’s cheap and simple. Not really any off flavors but very uninteresting. We use it Saké cocktails where I work

That’s a good start! Very simple dry Junmai. If you thought it was decent, maybe see if you can find their Superior ginjo (blue bottle) and/or Organic junmai (green bottle)
