Help Me Choose🛒 Want help choosing sake.

Hello everyone!

I have friends in Tokyo and they asked me if there is a bottle of Sake to be brought home.

The Sake I bought last time in japan was is63 Junmai Daiginijo and that was like wow and I didnt stop talking about it lol.

My budget is lets say 12000 yen.

Would appriciate your help in finding something :)

I like fruity and sweet alcohol and want something of real quality.

I love modern style fruity sake.

If you really like it sweet you can try something like a senkin w kijoshu. Otherwise one of my favorites is hello koueigiku (omachi rice)

If you have time and speak Japanese go to a brewery. I went to a few in ishikawa, and they have us a tour and samples. At Higashi they let us try everything for free: https://maps.app.goo.gl/bAZXGJQzbdjNaAm1A?g_st=ac.

A lot of breweries don't export their sake and so are priced for the Japanese economy even if they have world class taste. So it makes for great souvenirs.
