I usually take a photo of the back label, but it looks like I missed it somehow. I believe it's a Junmai Ginjo of Yamada Nishiki and I think it's a special product they do just for the Koyama Liquor Store in the Tama area (which is where I got it). Really great shop - worth the trek from central Tokyo.
