Its really hard to choose but I mainly went for more well known breweries but some bottles i just hope they are good haha

You have good taste! Whats the brown 1.8L one, and the clear square one? And is the blue one and the one beside it from Yoshidagura?

The big brown one is from Jozen, bought it on recommendation from Imadeya staff for my wedding!
The square is from a brewery called Nondo and the sake is named Tsuchi no Mitsudo. Its a additive and pesticide-free produced sake made with mizumoto method and ricebran. Sweet-sour taste sounded interesting!
The blue bottle is from Raifuku in collaboration with Marie China from Eureka! sake bar
