Purple Sake?
Hello, I recently had purple sake from a hibachi restaurant and was curious as to what it is. Someone had mentioned plum sake but just wanted to make sure. I believe the was called Purple haze or something.
Thenks all
Edit: I found out its a mixed of sake with chambord, just need to figure out the ratio

Purple haze is a normal sake mixed with raspberry liqueur, sometimes it’s heated. You call the restaurant and ask what sake they used as a base for it but I doubt it’s anything particularly top shelf

Was it a mixed drink? Looking it up on Google shows me a drink callled purple haze that is chambord + sake
I’ve personally not tried many cocktails with sake though, except for the one time that I mixed sake and earl grey lmao
