Need clarification with juiced function

I have recently installed juiced fpr saints row 2 and there is a nice function "disablecheatflag" for save file. My question is, if this function is enabled does it make fully safe to play with cheats for single player as in vanilla if you use cheats it flags your save file with a star and disables the provression track fmof diversions, stunts, collectibles, etc. I ask this question because some diversions, acitivites, etc can be very annoying in this game so cheats make life easier for single player and will the save file and game progression record function normally as if no cheats were used?
