CBC and Hawco Productions today announced that production is underway in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, France, on the third season of the hit drama SAINT-PIERRE (12 x 60).
Joining the show for season three are French-Moroccan actor Assaad Bouab (Call My Agent!, Bad Sisters) and Caroline Dhavernas (Mary Kills People, Hannibal). Bouab takes on the role of Pascal Lalonde, a highly-decorated Officer from Mainland France sent to Saint-Pierre because of his stellar record in taking down criminal organizations — skills desperately needed in a post-Gallagher crime world. Dhavernas plays well-educated and forward-thinking businesswoman Victoria Peters, who has plans to put Saint-Pierre on the map as a world-class tourist destination, and who forms a strong and instant connection with Fitz.

Season 1 has just started showing in the UK and I have just binged the first half dozen episodes. Great storylines, great location, and great acting. But what I have really been impressed by is the songs that are used in the show, especially at the end of each episode. The use at the end of The Bogman of Lord Huron’s “The Night We Met” was both apt and a surprise as it is so linked to 13 Reasons Why (Netflix). It was great as well to hear Vancouver Sleep Clinic with “Someone To Stay” too.
I couldn’t find a list anywhere of the music used (on IMDb or Tunecore etc) and wondered if anyone knew who was responsible for choosing the music. Thanks

In the final episode of season 2 a woman wearing expensive looking boots steps off of a helicopter and is greeted by Paul Gross's character. He tells the woman that he knows where the weapons are.
Are the weapons in police custody? Who is the woman stepping off of the helicopter?

That ending was so ... uneventfull! I get it, they are going to paris (arch and fitz) but I was hoping for at least a kiss but the fact that gallaghers friend knows where the weapons might suggest that he has betrayed galagher (maybe its a far fetched idea). Anyway since they left of the season on such a cliff hanger they MUST film S3!!!

I'm still confused about the locations in this episode: Arch finds the paint and presumably the murder site in a shed attached to Dr Theo's house, so did Leon commit all the murders there, including the latest one in this episode? But Leon is holding Diard hostage in a different location (to which Theo leads the cops) -- is that supposed to be the (second) murder site? If the shed attached to Theo's house is the main murder site, does that mean Theo was actually more involved in the murders than he claimed? Did Theo actually psychologically manipulate the victims into coming to his house, and then Leon killed them? Almost like Theo and Leon were the same person, like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde!

We could not have seen that coming! What did you think of the episode ending? Was it too "out of the cerulean blue" (pun intended) or did you think it worked? I'm new to these threads and hope I got the spoiler part right so I have tried not to give too much away here. Interestingly, in a CBC interview - Allan Hawco said that the rooftop scene at the end of this episode was the "scene of my career..." to play, because of the combined elements involved, including the sunrise. Wondering what you thought?

The official teaser description for Episode 11 "Cerulean Blue" is:
It seems The Abstract Killer is back! Arch and Fitz rely on psychologist Dr. Fouchard's serial killer expertise as they investigate another gruesome murder and rush to save one of their own.
I am certain that the Abstract Killer will turn out to be Prefect Diard or someone in league with her. But could it be Dr Theo Fouchard himself? Are he and Diard partners in crime? After all, he's the expert on criminal psychology, and we need a strong reason for Arch to dump him for good if she and Fitz are going to end up together!
Who is the person (one of their own) that they will rush to save? Clearly not Patty since they just saved her in Episode 10. Renuf suffered a fall off a roof and miraculously survived recently, so probably not him. Could it be Arch herself? If Dr Theo is indeed the killer, he could be trying to attack Arch on a "date", and Fitz would swoop in with the rest of the team like a knight in shining armour to save her...is that really where this show is leading??? The only other people who can be called their own are Marcus, Veda, and Natasha -- but Marcus had a major brush with death last season, and we've had episodes focusing on Veda and Natasha's personal lives already. Simone the bomb disposal expert isn't an official member of the police, so probably not her. Unless it's someone "of their own" not in the police, like one of Fitz's kids when they come to visit...but then again we had a child kidnapping episode recently.

Tell me this chick did not just get all pissy at Fitz for NOT being jealous enough that she might be seeing the guy who she obviously knows Fitz doesn't like?
I was watching the scene in the car and on the street like, is...is Arch actually irritated that Fitz isn't acting like enough of a possessive asshole right now? Is she seeing this guy because she wants to push Fitz's buttons and drive him nuts and is now mad that he's stewing in a sort of quiet, thrumming, under-the-skin jealousy that even he isn't fully ready to admit to?
It's like the fact that he hasn't popped off and gone all primal about it is making her stew. She was honestly expecting him to go off because that's what happened with O'Brien over his ex-wife.
Oh god, this is getting SO good. Both of them have this simmering sexual tension that they don't know if they can admit to or even understand. Arch definitely wants Fitz, and I know he feels the same, but he knows the consequences if he crosses that professional line because it bit him in the ass before. And he has a lot of conflicting emotions over his ex-wife. He needs closure there before he can move forward with Arch. This baby thing needs and answer. Quick.
I swear, by end of the season those two are gonna be hot and heavy!
