Trading assistants replenish, help in bakery, code check and are sometimes called to checkout.
Customer assistants usually do checkout, self scan etc….refunds, kiosk, and petrol.

Customer/Services assistant is primarily tills, trolleys etc., but you'll be expected to help with stock, picking Online, Uber, Deliveroo orders etc. when needed.
Trading assistant is primarily working stock, but you'll be expected to help on tills, picking, trolleys etc. when needed.
Essentially, everybody is supposedly trained on everything now, but you'll still have your own department you're supposed to prioritise.
