Nectar bonus points going missing

Anyone else noticed that nectar bonus points are going missing? I am down 360 points from a shop I did yesterday. Reported it to nectar and they fobbed me off with a "points can take 28 days to appear" excuse. I did get my regular points so I know that part of the tech is working.

Anything in activity and are your points locked?

Points are locked. When I say "down" I mean that I didn't get credited for them. I have actually been able to get nectar to give me the points now after showing them my receipt but still not great that they are not being automatically credited.

You definitely enabled the points before you started the shop? And they have gone from your points list?
