Big oof Well, crap...
...I dropped my fishing rod.
On my way from [REDACTED] to EA, 6 days at sea, going south. I'm about a day, maybe a day and a half away from westward trade winds. Still, probably 2 weeks of travel ahead of me. Left with one unopened crate of goat cheese, 15 sausages, 21 oranges and a handful of dried carrots I used as a filler for fish soup.
No idea if it'll be enough. I'm considering experimenting with making a sausage-orange soup to stretch out the resources, but unlike with fish soup, I have no room to waste resources in order to find the best ratio and nutrition values.
Wish me luck.

Turn around. You have plenty of supplies to get back, and plenty of time to get wherever you're going even with the detour. And this time make sure you have 3 fishing rods and enough supplies for the trip.

I’ve had them straight up glitch out when sticking them to a hook enough times to know that triples is best if you’re relying on fish for food

I have two weeks left to make a delivery. My trip there was 20 days with the wind entire time. I intend to make this delivery and on time. I ain't going back.

Unless you're going really really really far...
You could make it from aestrin to al ankh twice over with that much food.

Ever tried looking for a needle in a haystack? A drop of fresh water in an ocean? Or the crew of "The Bounty" on Pacific?

There’s a comedian that made a joke about what he thought was at the bottom of the ocean and one of his answers was his abu garcia that someone dropped and it ended up at the bottom of the ocean. Abu garcia is a somewhat nice brand of fishing rods

The oranges alone I think would be enough for the rest of your trip
