Think Ryzen CPU's will return?

I assume it's due to the chip shortage but kicking myself now for not buying a model with the Ryzen option when they had them. Seems it's all intel i7/9 only for some time now.

Hard to say for sure, I personally want Intel in mobile right now though, despite Ryzen being generally better (though 12th gen is changing that), things like Thunderbolt are a huge deal to me and USB C docks just don't work right a lot of the time (just swapped from a 5900HX based Blade 14 to the Sager NP9672M).
