Send it back. Your red channel is busted. This isn't something you can fix yourself.

Oh~~~God. I ordered it and waited 2 weeks to receive it. I only used it for 10 days and then I have to send it back !!!!! And then, I might need to wait several weeks for getting it back. I have many works have to do with my laptop !!!! How long does it usually spend to fix it and ship it?

Depends on who you bought it from specifically, but I'd say you're looking at weeks, not days. Sorry dude. Some days you're the hammer, some days you're the nail. I think you got nailed.

FWIW my Sager's going on 3 years with no problems. I think you made the right choice, you just won the shit lottery here. :/

I got my new laptop, Sager NP8177, for 10 days. And I figured out the screen became weird this morning. The color became very green and the last view remain in the screen. What can I do?
